burek, again I ask you to read the topic, it is ALREADY THERE, and works fine. So your argument that it will not work is flawed. It does work.
-
Has been requested before, AFAIK it is on the to-do list.
-
I seem to remember SDC coloring files you already had in green.....
-
Have you tried manually inputting the WAN2 address?
-
Ehm....not really, if you have 2 slots open and 1 user is downloading then the other user can use the rest of the bandwidth or vice versa....if you dont want them using all your KB, use the in-built limiter.
-
Well you shouldn't be sharing the same things twice....however, that aside, if you try to, it will only share them once as the TTH will be the same. Why would anyone share the same thing twice? Or let alone, have the same thing on 2 different HDD's? What a waste of space, even on a RAID setup you wouldn't share both drives....
-
Yep, and even showing this way in searchs doesn't affect search performance. SDC (and presumably Apex) used to have it, where did it go?
-
Also, DC is HDD intensive, so you may want to check each for your HDD's for RTE's and CRC's.
-
Speaking as someone who is a not a coder so I do not know, can I just ask, BM, will ADC not make this possible?
-
Well, for a start, if you cant download a torrent (which should not contain virii but if they do - thats why you virus check everything, on DC too btw) you may not be able to use DC either as it is a far more difficult client to set up. Also, you can stop downloading, simply go to your download queue and right click>remove, simple.....
-
Welcome to DC, thats is how the network operates. Patience is the key. If you want sped, use torrent :P

Get a bz2 (or 3, not sure) file viewer then export the file to a text doc.
-
Sounds like a good idea to me.
-
Plz give more info, what message do you get on screen?
-
burek, read the thread, it's already there.... If two folders are the same it simply groups all items into the same folder...
-
This can already be done through RAW commands.
-
File lists use 'small file slots', meaning, you can get a slot for a file list even when the user has all their ordinary slots in use. As a result, these ordinary slots will often take priority so your stuck with whatever bandwidth remains. The only way around it, would be for the small file slots feature to be removed, this would then leave users waiting eons for slots for file lists. Well, I know what I prefer, waiting for 20 mins for a file list than waiting for 3 hours for a slot to then get the list in a few mins....
-
Could be a number of things. CRC on your hard drive, or some items in your queue.xml would be most common. Have you tried starting apex with no download queue?
-
Yes this is what we have been trying to get at. Your only partially connected because you ports aren't open  Go to settings and change yourself to passive, then it will work.
-
This is because you can no longer choose to have them minimised. You'll have to live with it im afraid.
-
Well then ask Crise to look into it. I am beyond my knowledge of the matter. There is nothing more I can do to help on this.
-
Err, thats a problem with the hub.....join another one....
-
/rebuild your shares KingA, this will fix TTH Inconsistency and then you just carry on with segmented and stop moaning. Just because you cannot read changelog's don't blame us. Also, if you really don't want segmented downloading your using the wrong client.

New To pex. Port Forwarding Probs, and Complete Downloads Question
Satan replied to Isk's topic in Support
Are you using port triggering or port forwarding? It would seem the DC is triggering the port rather than forwarding it. Or....do you have UPnP on? If so, that could be why DC and uT work. You should check whether it is enabled or not.
