Yeh, vista seems to be less windows buggy, thus far, give it time tho. Also, I don't see why a 'XP with bells and whistles - which is what vista is really' has so many compatibility problems. Like you'd think Apex would run the same as in XP, but nooooo :stuart: shame really.

Yeh, it's probably a vista thing tbh.....I run XP downstairs and vista UP, just for reference. I never have this strange behavior downstairs!

It doesn't flash, but it highlights the name of the hub from black to bold. Which is a good feature if you ask me....

I have a similar problem. It doesn't hang but refuses to close. It closed as far as windows is concerned but it doesn't close from task manager (regardless of how long i leave it). You guys on windows vista?

I find that if you click the apex icon (as if your going to load it fresh) then click NO when asked to open another version, your old version will show back up. This is a windows bug afaik. Don't happen in vista tho - not so far anyway.

I always found NOD32 too weird for comfort. I just dont like the way it does things tbh.

Uninstall NOD32 altogether and use AVG Free Edition instead :D

You have not enabled the ports through your router. You need to do that also. See www.portforward.com

You have ran out of connections....you on SP2?

Make sure you are not trying to connect through UPnP. Also, make sure you select 'manual with port forwarding' Enter the ports in the relevant boxes as well as ur IP(external not internal).

I know you want to use this for a legit reason but considering many would abuse this. I doubt this would be implemented. As it would make ApDC a fake client in some people's eyes.
