That's already implemented.
Go to the hub properties that you want to use passive mode, check the "Firewall (passive, worst case)" and reconnect to the hub :blushing:

Well done guys :)
-
All right then. I'll do this next time that will happen, thanks ;)

I had a crash after a long time in Apex just right now.
I have had it working all day. The crash occured when I tried to delete an incomplete file from download queue.
When I pressed the yes button on the confirmation remove dialog, Apex froze for a while and then it crashed.
The problem with that file was that 2% was remaining and although 52 users were standby to give me the file, the connection wasn't starting. That's why I decided to remove it. To download it again from the start

Hopefully, an exceptioninfo file was created :w00t:
Here it is.

Great news!!! Congrats from me too

I think ApexDC++ deserves such a popularity cause it's probably the most stable DC around (besides it's wonderful features of course)

Thanks again guys for this great program :w00t:

Hey Greg. Nice job there. I like them

The colors are fitting well with the general theme i guess.
-
Nice work guys

I like the new installer package very much :D
-
Very nice HATRED. They're like Ubuntu Dapper Drake Gnome colour ;)
-
It's the "minimum search interval" option, in the advanced tab ;)
-
Yeap. That's for sure. But hey, being active is a bit tricky if you don't know a lot of basic stuff lol.
-
Whatever man. In the end, the user will learn somehow, about this command or option :ermm:
-
If someone, knows how to make dc++ works, he definately know about the right click menu there...
-
There is also, in right click context menu of the hub button.
-
Two useful things.
1. Keep Finished Downloads list after client restarts.
2. Ability to save/open an offline hublist. (very handy for dial up users and for hublist.org downfalls

I had another crash.

I opened almost 25 hubs at once lol. But I do it every time. After a while, it crashed.

Personally, i can manage to use the "/c" command, but i think that an option for that, wouldn't be so much trouble for the client. Or would be?
Do what you wish, about that. :D
-
Allright. But what's better, than the simplicity of an one click button? lol
Doesn't matter. If you say so, then i won't argue with you :D
-
And will the clear chat button be back?I miss this, too :D
-
Oh, I'm so much concerned about privacy in this aspect.
In a country when you are f*cked (skrewed) up at your birth and paid SErvice is too expensive and too illegal, I don't give a damn about the behaviour of my DC++.

Funny offtopic: Nanowar has a great song-cover of Iron Maiden - The Number Of The Beast. Ironically, 166 is also the number of Bulgarian police. Check, if you don't believe.
Huh, Nanowar. Very funny project. :(
-
I see...
Personally,I just apply a search string in the filter box, then if i don't get the results i've been expected, i just clear the box, hit enter and search for other keywords.
-
That's right. It's a minor incident i could say
-
Nice thought Greg
-
Why do you need more than one at a time? Personally, I've never had the need to use multiple search filters.
I guess you have more advanced needs
-
As Greg said, this problem is going to be solved somehow. So you don't need to worry about

That's incredible news. I will soon switch over linux and this will be a great reason to hurry the switch
