  1. Do you want to launch another instance anyway?

Well could those check boxes be added and still leave your command line args in place?
  2. [support] Keyboard shortcuts

I've got a media keyboard with buttons for quick playing around with WMP, a Play, Foward, Back, and Stop buttons. They work while I'm in any application, allowing me to move through my song list regardless of what I'm doing. For some reason though, when Apex is the currently selected window, these buttons fail to manipulate WMP as they should.
  3. When I hit the Apexdc++ quick launch button, and Apex is already running, this box opens up. Now I realize that this is probably a feature, but with a busy system tray, it was a quick way to bring dc++ to the top (I recently switched from dc++ to Apex). What I'd like is a way to disable this dialog box and just bring Apex right to the top. Is this feasible?
