[Bug][0.3.0] Update check : Couldn't parse xml-data

that's because in recent alphas/betas, we have changed stuff so that we utilize power of php with the version checking, to allow one feature to function without need for more than one connection at start up

the version.xml is still there, but it needs to be accessed from php script in order for it to function correctly...

You don't need to / can't do anything, but wait for next version
