[bug][2.1] - bug in account vip @ window password

Find 2 bugs

first:

- if connect to hub ( account vip ) - hubsoft give me info: You share is 0MB

second:

window for password is to small. If have pass 196bits or more ( 30ascii or more ) - complet pass not write to xml ( I must edit pass to xml editor )
