Could not connect to server while downloading report

Hi Team ,

 When i am trying to download  data through apex report   i am facing  Could not connect to server error , Data volume is 72,000. While executing this query its execution is very fast  but  while downloading CSV  we are getting this error .Please suggest .

Hi Team ,

For small volume of data it is working fine , and we are getting this exception after 5 minutes .
