Apex connected but cant see anyone

I have been using Apex DC since the past 3 to 4 months and I never had any problems apart from the disconnects. Yesterday night I downloaded 2 movies and then after watching them I shut down my computer, there were some windows updates which got installed. Morning when I opened, I entered the room and it said connected and on my name it put a ? mark and I could not see any users in the room although it mentioned there were 400 odd users in the room,I could not read any messages nor could see any other user online.

I reinstalled again also checked with other public servers and it worked allright. The only thing I could not connect to the local DC hub, I am attaching the picture from the snipping tool.

Please help me, why is this happening.
