[Help] users connecting [Help]

Hey im new to ApexDC++ but iv got so i can occasionally share and download. but lately people that try and get my file list are stuck at connecting... and never move past that after 4 or 5 mins they just dissipate.

iv checked all my connection settings im using proxpn so i can skip the portforwarding steps of everything. but still nothing works

Edit: also my slots shoot up to 100 almost instantly when ever more then 1 person tires to get my file list
