DL Issue after upgrade.

Hello,

Prior to upgrading to 1.3.9 Apex would DL the entire directory and file contents creating a directory on my PC. Now, when I select DL entire directory Apex simply dumps the directory contents into the root directory of my specified DL location. How do I fix this?

I use download whole directory quite often and never experienced this issue... anymore details on how to reproduce?
