Help me with these port settings will you?

I got windows 7

I've included screenshots of my windows firewall, of the apex settings and my router. please help me fill in the blanks. Don't much care what those settings are, just so they work. It would be wonderful if the UPNP would do anything...

I got no 3rd party firewall or antivirus complicating things.

Enter some random port numbers above 2000 or so. For example: 2001,2002,2003. Then forward each of these ports through your router.

At that stage, restart your client and test your connection.
