Posted March 8, 2010 Ok so I am on windows 7 x64, amd phenom II pcu, asus mobo. Just if needed that that may be an issue. Well I am on a network at school with a hub set up, so my speeds should be between 2mb/s and 10 mb/s. And my downloads start off at this speed, so I will download, get a chunk, and then the speed drops too like 50 kb/s or even b/s. This is with all users. Also the hub I use required segmented downloading to be off, I do not know if this is the issue.
