[1.3.0] Download queue sorting not remembered

I sort Download queue files by Added field.

Apex doesn't remember it when i open it again.

It also seems to forget splitter position in Download queue.

Apex should remember all splitter positions just in case it doesn't in another tabs.

I've seen it also does not remember Connections pane sorting (using Time left (Ascending) here)
