Documentation for the lua scripting plugin?

Hi,

I use DC++ on a private hub (LAN with ~80 users). Some of the users are pretty blatantly abusing the sharing process, and I'm tired of them. I want to write a script that automatically slows someone's download or disconnects them based on various conditions (eg, sharing too little, previously downloaded and immediately d/c'ed from hub, sharing obvious obfuscated crap).

Is there some documentation for the lua scripting? The only thing I see right now is the example scripts in the directory.
