An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

HI,

whenever I connect DC, I get this error every time after 2-3 mins of connection.

"An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine"

DC then reconnects after 5 mins and after 2-3 mins again it gives same error.

I've noted a few things:

1. it is very cyclic and time (disconnect and reconnect) remains usually same.

My machine:

1. using vista home edition

2. using Apex DC++ (earlier used StrongDC and had same problem)

3. had same problem with MacAfee so changed to Avast but problem persisted.

4. using Yukon network adapter

5. I'm using institute (college) LAN facility

6. whenever I download anything through net (using browser), it also shows cyclic behaviour (at first some data string comes and d/l appears to go fast but then it stops for some time and then again fast string comes)

please help me with this matter..... I've wasted lot of my time on this ****ty problem
