Posted February 14, 2009 Hi everyone, I'm able to connect but not able to download. I have forwarded the ports as in this screen shot: http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg70/Wa...1955/router.jpg If I "check connection" via Apex connection setup, I get: Failed to connect on TCP 412 Connected on UDP 412 Partial Connection Here is my setup through XP: http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg70/Wathen1955/ip.jpg and my setup through Apex: http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg70/Wathen1955/apex.jpg I can't see what might be incorrect with the setup. Posted February 15, 2009 Got it to work. This new router has lots of settings, and the mistake I made was selecting Port Fowarding from the main menu. You have to go into the FireWall section and enter it in there. What really helped is a video showing the steps: http://forums.verizon.com/vrzn/board/messa...p;thread.id=358 Hope this helps others with this new router: Westell A90-9100EM15-10 Ultra Line Series 3.
