Block certain IPs from downloading and/or only allow certain IPs to download (updated)

Im not entierly sure why you locked my topic, a simply no would have done the trick...anyway I switched to Apex DC++ 1.0.1 and wow!! Its so much better than speed mod! Cleaner, much better looking and alot more features!!

Anyway...

I live on a college campus and we have our own local dc++ hub running (100Mbit network)

However, off campus users (well anyone online) can connect to our hub and download off people on campus

We have extremely little upload online (40KBps to off campus users) and I would like to know how to block people not in a certain IP range from downloading or only allowing people in a certain IP range to download off me

Im using Apex DC++ 1.0.1

Any help is appreciated.

Good that u stopped using a leeching mod

just enter the ranges you don't want to download from u but if u enter them into ipguard u cant download from them
