How to make "Disconnecting slow downloads" part work? I just can't make it work. I kind of understand all options except "and whole file speed exceeds".

It will only work if your download speed exceeds the amount defined in whole speed exceeds.

For example, it wont disconnect a source if you are using few segments or you dont have a good speed to begin with.
