Managing segment speeds?

Hello peeps, very nice DC client you have here, very useful. But I have a question, is there a way to deactivate segments which are below a previously defined "x" speed? Like if I set thing up so that I use 3 segments for any file can I make it so that it automatically disconnects a user with which I have a slower connection and search for a better one.

If so please let me know how, I've looked through the options but couldn't find it.
