Well i am just testing this program...i migrated from DC++.

Here is the problem:

I can see people downloading stuff from my "UNFINISHED DOWNLOADS DIRECTORY"!

This directory is by no means shared by me in my shared directories.

ApexDC++ supports partial sharing, meaning you can start uploading parts of a file you're downloading before it finishes. So you may be taking a slot whilest downloading from someone, but you can be providing some too. This setting is not optional, you can not disable it. It means that people who don't share anything and just want to leech from the network will at least be uploading something. There is no intension to make it optional, it's a deliberate feature. :(

My Bad...didn't know Apex had this feature...thought it was some 1 hacking their way in.
