Tab interface improvement

Hello to all people here!

I think, that it will be really great to have some improvements on tab interface.

At first, it'll be great to change tab icon to close tab button, like it's in adium (mac os x icq client), I can attach a screen, if needed.

The second, I think, to give user an option to fully customize tabs appearance, so it can be made to: inactive tabs are small (use smaller font -> smaller size of them), active tab is double-sized, so inactive tabs can make 2 rows to the right of active tab, activated tab can be made to go to the center of inactive tabs, and so on =)

i think there need be a tabs management popup panel with buttons to show/hide some group of tabs. for example, hide all unconnected hubs (but don't close, let them try co connect) or hide privates for some time (to review later)

this in my todo list, but i dont know does it worth to spare time on GUI or implement some better things
