  1. Hi, I'm trying to connect to the DC++ (0.698) client but receive a connection timeout message, no matter what file or hub I select. I'm not behind a firewall, but connect directly to a modem. I never had this issue under XP... Any ideas??? Thanx

    - I am using DC++ (what's the difference between the two?) - I cannot connect to any users (tried dozens) - Connection settings are all set to direct connect Thanks!
