  1. how can i "turn on my tags"

    the message i recieve from an important hub in my country while using apexDC++ 1.0.0.2 beta is: "Turn On Your tags!!!" and then the hub disconnects me if this is already solved on this forum i'm sorry can anybody help me, please?
