    I have recently switched to Apex from DC++ and I am encountering problems attempting to upload or download. I can connect and search without any problems but after a short period of time (usually less than a minute) any upload/download drop quite rapidly until they cease. At which point I have to shut down and restart Apex and the process begins again. The only way to stop this is to switch off Anti Hacker and Anti Virus. I have added Apex to the allowed program list in Anti Hacker but this doesn't seem to have had an effect. Any guidelines/pointers, would be greatly appreciated
