  1. Please help me... What is this APEXdc all about?

    I am running this program but I keep getting this message, "*** A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. What's the deal? I've clicked CONNECT to all these hubs but get the same message from each of them. I've looked all around and do not see any explanation for how to connect to a host.
