The old forums are being retired in favour of a more modern (free) community platform.
These forums will remain accessible as a read only archive for the time being.
Every download is popping up notifications from the windows 10 action center.
To turn that off: Control Panel > System > Notifications & Actions. Then turn off ApexDC++ in the application list.
Hopefully this'll help someone.
