  1. So i am on a University network which has a dc server set up. It obviously doesn't allow external connections to it. But I would like to allow my friend to connect to the chat section on the hub. Is there a way to allow a connection through my computer to theirs (Preferably a small text application since i only want to give the chat functionality). I can set up a virtual machine of almost any OS (Preferably windows 7 or Ubuntu though) Any help would be appreciated
