The old forums are being retired in favour of a more modern (free) community platform.
These forums will remain accessible as a read only archive for the time being.
Why do not you remove the download limit which is equal to 7 times the upload speed limit?. Upload limit is now always displayed in the tag. Even dc++ limit upload but without limiting the download
