[LAN issue] Losing internet connection when downloading on Apex.

So I'm at a Lan were we've set up a local hub (latest PtokaX) and as long as I don't download anything on from the others my internet works fine. But, as soon as I start downloading from the others my internet connection crawls to a standstill. Any ideas on how to solve this? Steps I've taken so far: - Use older versions of both the Hub and DC. -Tried DC++ -Tried YnHub -Turned off all firewalls.
