Kevo can you read your PM please.

I have successfully uploaded the security fix to the forums, after the recent announcement of a security hole in IPB. :)
-
Yes you did. This is a decent suggestion if not already implemented... I can't remember now *goes and checks* :)
-
This way it will only display active downloads on the Transfer View, keeping it clean.
-
Resume should be on Normal priority, otherwise it maybe too difficult to implement. Edit: If the file disappears off the transfer view due to it being 'cleaned', then it should stay on Paused until the user Resumes it via the Download Queue.
-
The majority of users who use ApexDC++ will not require the OP features, so it's just going to bloat the program. So it'll be seperate.
-
We plan to have an enhanced installer that allows the user to install either one of the following: Default DC++ icons StrongDC++ icons PeerWeb DC++ icons (or default apex) ApexDC++ icons (if some are created - not sure at this point) This may increase the size of the installer considerably though, and the Binary version will only have ApexDC++ icons.

Heh, yeah. Inkorp had a spelling mistake I didn't even notice until Wheezy pointed it out. :D
-
Thanks to Inkorp, a new set of user group images have been uploaded to the server. You can view each one here: Developer | Donator | Tester

In the future I want the ability to pause, resume, remove user from queue, and disconnect user in the right click menu of the transfer view. That would reduce the confusion for new users.
-
Heh yeah. I forgot to mention KP (edited my post now).. the forum is look good. More to come eh KP? :D
-
The forums are currently in the proccess of being skinned, this may take a few days (thanks to KP). Please hit Ctrl + F5 if you wish to see the new images and gradients, feel free to comment on them here. Once this is successfully complete, we will announce the staff team (the people behind ApexDC++, including the latest additions to the Developer group).

Port DC++ to linux and sure. :D
-
In the settings, go to Colors & Fonts. You can change the toolbar icons by going to the Toolbar setting. :D
-
There's already a slot ratio system. :)
-
Download Queue > look along the columns and you'll find Users, where it lists all users and shows whether they are online or offline.
-
No point in having the OP version if features are only visible if you are an OP. It will just look like the regular version. Maybe we'll merge the project, but we have another coder on this (we hope).
-
Welcome. Banning won't be implemented: leecher tool Removing file from the transfer view is nice, I hope Big Muscle implements this in RC11 Explain flexible thread management
-
State the exact date please..
-
Indeed. :)
-
It's vague, since you can limit the number of features, hashing, download/upload slots, etc. Maybe upon release there will be a minimum requirement list, but it's doubtful.
-
Please reframe from suggesting something and then saying "I don't know". It makes us think you don't know what you want yourself. :)
-
I split this AleX. I suppose these two features are worthwhile, any others people would like for an OP version of ApexDC++?
-
I meant in terms of your ability to use VS 2005, since it's changed..
