I have tried to update to the new 1.3 version but it will not install on my pc. When I open ApexDC++ a popup appears with the new update. If I just try to close it out it will shut down DC. If I install it, it will go through the routine of installing and get to the last part where it says Finish and has the box checked to launch 1.3. The box will close but it will not load. I check the version of the one on my pc and it is still the 1.2.2. Another page opens saying congrats you've installed the new 1.3 when in reality it has not installed it. When I try to open Apex it will still give me the update popup box. What is the reason of this. I have talked to others and they have had no problems at all. I can't figure it out. HELP!!
