    Hello, as I am new here, I need help. I have ApexDC++ v1.3.1, as I have got about 1.2TB of sharing with rare files, I want that people could get my filelist, but they should not be able to Download them. such as I want Limiter to be ON but only for Uploads not for Downloads. is it possible ? Thank You
