  1. Hi, I've registered but i have trouble downloading files. It keeps on saying 4:20:23] <-Projector-> Downloading from other users in active mode is currently disabled how do i fix this? im using Vista and ApexDC++1.3.0 If someone can help me itll be heaps awesome!
