Whenever a new version of Apex is released, and download is mandatory, I cannot get the exe in the setup file. I need to have someone else download it for me and send it to me in messenger. In the meanwhile, I am not able to get into Apex because Apex closes if you don't download the new version. This problem happens on all computers in my home...I have tried it on 4 different computers. Additionally, if the person I get to download it for me downloads the entire setup file, and sends the whole setup file to me, it comes to me without the exe. He has to send only the exe for me to be able to get it. Do you have any idea why this happens? This is the only client or program or application that I have this problem with. Right now, I cannot reboot my main computer because I won't be able to get into my client, and I run a hub on that computer. I am not able to get into Apex right now on my laptop[ because I rebooted it. Please help me with this very frustrating problem.
