Hi everybody,
I am having troble downloading form other people, I can't even get a filelist of other people, it just won't download anything.
After a while, the status shows: connection timeout
the strange thing is, that other people can still download from me...
It used to work alright, then I didn't use it for a while, and when I used it again, the problem turned up.
Can somebody please help me?

I already tried following things which did not help:
- reinstall the programm (ApexDC 1.1.0)
- IP-Change
