    Im trying to block individual users from downloading from me, but our hub has an IP GUARD Policy, which in itself, doesnt allow u to enable IP GUARD. If u do then u cant connect to the hub. Is there a plug in or script i can load because the IP GUARDIAN files are missing from the forum? and another thing I would like to know is there a script to stop BOT SPAMMING (FLOODING) as in, a user sends u 200 messsages from 200 Different "sources" (users) which facilitates the client to crash?
