[how do i configure my TPC TLC ports?]

pleaseeee halp meeeeeh:[ xx error message pic is attached below (i closed bit torrent and tryed again but this didnt work)

[can get connection on UDP but not TCP in active mode]

its been working fine before but today it wont let me connect to users

ive tried changing the port number numerous times but this hasnt worked :[

ive also tried port fowarding thing... i only have one DNS address tho.. should i contact my isp?

my zone alarm program is shut when i run aphexDC ++

please someone help me
