How to enable emoticons (smilies)

This guide shows you the simple step to enable your emoticon pack once installed into the ApexDC++/EmoPacks directory. You can use the customisation page to download the pack you wish and then extract the contents to that folder.

• Open the main chat or private message window
  
• Right click on the emoticon displayed right of the input message box
  
• Select the emoticon pack you wish to use
