Apec DC++ via Windows 7 PRO OS

Hello,

I us Windows 7 PRO 32bit OS. And there is some problems with APEX DC++ v.1.3.8. full loading.

I mean it's impossible loading any hub, in passive and acctive mode not working.

Sharing was make and other configuration, User Account Control (UAC) settings was set like Nefer notify, also in Firewall configuration access for apex was alowed. I am us Microsoft Securety Essentials antifirus, don't know where is the problem. Please someone help can tell me how can I solve this problem?

What's there reason that my APEX DC++ wasn't work?

What does it mean "not working"? I mean, what does it do when trying to connect to a hub? Paste the lines it writes you, here in the forum so we can help you.

Also, the newest version of ApexDC++ is 1.3.9, please upgrade to that and see if the problem goes away.

I just done it, instal new version APEX DC++ v.1.3.9.

It's mean I can't run it:

You are getting timeouts... looks like your ISP is blocking DC connections. There isn't much you can do besides changing the ISP.

No, that's his policy. But just to make sure, ask them if they block DC.

You could try an encrypted ADCS hub.
