Done a test in work recently, got this:

That was before Comcast began there traffic shaping my connection.

My speed now. I am hosting 2 hubs in the peak time of day. 3 computers online and 3 clients online, 1 download and 2 uploads.

I have had a 200 megabits per second on 1Gbit/s LAN uplink. It's not fast because the sources upload speed limitations :)

But I have a ****y WAN uplink - 80000 bit/s. he-he

Sad thing about all this is, I get better downstream on my mobile than my home connection.

6.5 at home, 12 on my mobile :S

Well, speeds in Sweden.... what can I say. Point is, Apex seems to be doing well and it behaves @ 100Mb/100Mb so... in answer to this thread..... the client will perform up to your max limit. :)

but the Ping test depends on the server to which the packets are sent, some times when u connect a site to a slower server your PING becomes low, try ping testing different sites using http://www.whoisxy.com/ping.aspx and check it
