Posted July 13, 2007 A few days ago we reached a staggering milestone: 500,000 project downloads. We were hoping to release Beta 3 with this milestone, but was a bit unreaslistc of us. While Crise is away, we're making backend changes to the server to handle the huge amount of traffic the update check and auto IP sends to the server. These changes will hopefully go live with Beta 3, and you should see an improvement in server performance. Anyway, we're half way to 1 million downloads, which would be a huge milestone for all of us. Keep spreading the word about ApexDC++ and we should be there in no time.
