Posted January 26, 2007 ok I did all the stuff, I fixed the firewall problem, I stopped the slow downloads disconecting, I put the port numbers in properly, and my downloads are ok its my uploads that are the problem. They start out fine then they continuously slow then disappear. It's to the point now that I dont care because its not MY downloads and ive tried everything to fix it. So if someone could tell me something I havent already heard that would be great otherwise Im just gonna say the hell with it. ps this does not mean I am ungreatful for all the help just that Im really frusterated. Posted January 26, 2007 Have you tried to update your routers firmware. And in settings in ApexDC - Advanced - check the checkbox "Send garbage on outgoing connections"
Posted January 27, 2007 Maybe doing a checkup on your telephone line may help too... If attenuation is too high, then you have speed problems, including stability problems too You need to contact your ISP in order to do those tests. //Keine
