[Not enough space on NTFS partition]

I have problems downloading big files on my partition witch is NTFS, i have read the topics about this and i thought that's my problem too, so i format all my partitions after create them as NTFS and when trying to download i get the same message: Not enough space on the disk. Can somebody please help? Looks like the small files work eg 650mb
