I also had these problems with the new beta version. I've just reinstalled the stable 1.1.0 version and it all works just fine again. Maybe you should do the same

Im in the same situation as veegee. I've been using it for months now and everything was fine up until this new update. Every port is open and the firewall is good.

Everytime I try to download something in the new version of apex it doesn't even download it starts to download but it never actually downloads. My ports are forwarded on my router and and their is nothing wrong with my firewall. It all started happening since the new upgrade. Does anyone know how to fix it or why its doing this?

When ever I close it and open it back up it says error creating magnet registry key in the bottom left corner. I always have to keep putting all my files again because it shows me that Im not sharing anything.

My internet (Comcast) is really slow when im uploading in Apex. How can i make it so it won't use as much bandwidth?
