Merging to DC++ library (July)

As per our announcement, we are aiming to catch up to the DC++ library changes that would provide us with some stability and core feature additions. Some of these include: Once we have reached a stable revision in our development trunk, we can start testing 1.5.

NAT-PMP has been added and an updated MiniUPnP has been merged. Verbose logs are enabled with more details on automatic port forwarding with an example below:

KEYP ADC extension has been implemented - more information is available here.
