Ah nuts I just realized I put this in the Linux topic I meant to put it here.. Guessing the answer will be the same but worth a shot.

Is there a way to relocate this HashData file? I want to put it on another drive.

He might be talking moving it off of his system drive (ie. AppData). If that is the case it can be done by removing dcppboot.xml from your installation folder and moving your settings manually to a subdirectory named "Settings" in your installation folder. Alternatively you can also use dcppboot.xml (by editing it) to place the settings pretty much anywhere.

Dont want to make a new topic.

I reinstalled my PC win7+sp1. Did make a backup of Hashdata etc.
After the new installation of Apex I can't find the files anymore.
I see the installation, i have hashed some files, but there is no hash list.

Where is it ^^

It will be in the hidden User/AppData folder :) If you don't want it there, use Crise's method and delete dcppboot.xml from Apex folder.

It should be there, however all the files are from the old backup. 01/18/2011 12:32.

I found it, there is another map in Apps called Roaming. There is also a map ApexDC.
In this map are all settings and stuff.
