I'm not sure whether someone has already reported this bug, but here it goes.

After updating to v1.0.1 I noticed that in connected Hub window
the userlist column settings are lost during restart of the ApexDC++.
In v1.0.0.B5 this behavior was not present.

Also when I updated from v1.0.0.B5 some settings where lost.
For example: Shared Directories. It would be nice, if the installation
program would announce something, when it founds previous version or previous
version's settings in the installation target directory.

Would it be possible to add rmDC++ function: inverted limiter (not active)?
In other words: a function which temporarily allows to remove limiter for specified
download/downloader. The validness of the function would last until the end of the
download / downloaders download session (no downloads from user in question for
a set period of time 15s ?).
