In forum I saw, that subforum "Bulgarian / Български" is with id=28 and all other world language subforums are with higher id. In "Site and Forum" subforum found, that there are topics, where admins notify users for some things, like... added new forum language file (from Admin Panel). And then I've maked an inference and also question - where is Bulgarian language of the forum ? You can downloaded it (latest version) from here and then import it in the forum . Also may import some new skins with OTHER language but English . Also some section, where users may submit/upload their language translation, not in topics/posts ( because you have to register, created account, login and THEN download the .xml lang file... ) That's for now.
